Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 0klv ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the 0klv website, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by 0klv, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 0klv platform.

These Terms are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of 0klv. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

Section 2

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 0klv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for all 0klv products is 21 years, regardless of the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must register using accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not hold more than one account on 0klv at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or mobile numbers by the same individual — will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party, or allowing another person to use your account. Account sharing is prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the 0klv platform. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

You must notify 0klv support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 0klv will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration.
• Your password must be kept confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• 0klv reserves the right to close any duplicate account discovered at any time, regardless of when it was registered.
• Players are required to complete KYC identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

0klv accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 0klv does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits via bKash or Nagad; your mobile wallet provider's own transaction fees, if any, are outside 0klv's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the 0klv support team. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are subject to any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account balance.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amount may be subject to daily limits communicated at the time of the request.
• Verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within 15 to 60 minutes. Accounts with pending KYC documentation may experience longer processing times.
• 0klv reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Deposits made using payment methods linked to third-party names that do not match the registered account holder's name will be declined and returned where possible.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 0klv offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

0klv reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. A bonus that has already been credited to your account at the time of modification will remain subject to the terms under which it was originally awarded, unless otherwise communicated.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• 0klv reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse promotional terms, including through the use of multiple accounts or matched-betting strategies.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game or games stated in the promotion details and expire at the time specified if not used.
• Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses over the stated promotional period and are credited as bonus funds subject to stated wagering requirements.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 0klv are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. 0klv will not void or reverse a bet on the basis that it was placed in error unless the system experienced a documented technical fault that materially affected the bet.

Sports betting markets on 0klv are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, 0klv will apply industry-standard settlement rules which will be communicated to affected players via live chat support.

• All casino games are supplied by third-party certified providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems.

• Money laundering, or using the 0klv platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion between players, including coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, access accounts, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, miscalculated odds, system glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Termination

0klv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; evidence of prohibited activities as listed in Section 7; or requests from regulatory or law enforcement bodies. In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting 0klv support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Amendments to These Terms

0klv reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where the changes are material, 0klv will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via the registered mobile number or via a notification on the platform. Your continued use of the 0klv platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 0klv platform. In the event of any dispute between you and 0klv, you agree to first contact the 0klv support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration procedures. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 0klv from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
